Sample Format For A Wedding

1. Cocktail Hour - You will have music in the cocktail room. If the cocktail hour is in a room other than the main room we will supply a separate sound system. If you are being married in the catering ball, we will supply a sound system for the ceremony.

2. Main Room - We open the main room by playing upbeat swinging big band jazz music. Eventually we will ask all of your guests to find their respective seats and get ready for the Grand Entrance of the Bridal party. 3. After the entrance of the Bridal party we will proceed with the first dance of our Bride and Groom, Grand Champagne toast and sit your guest down for the first course* or buffet.

*During all courses we play jazz music.

4. Now it is party time! After your first course, we will play music from all different eras to please all of your guests. Our music varies from 5 0’s, 60’s, 70’s, Motown and current dance hits. We will only sit your guests down if it is requested by the caterer, in order to serve the next course. We dance and party all night long.

5. The next traditional part of your affair will be your Cake Cutting, Bouquet, Garter Ceremonies and your spotlight dances with your parents. These formalities will be done about 1 ¼ hours before your affair in finished.

This is a basic format of a wedding and this format can be changed as per your request. We will work with you to create your dream come true.
