1. Cocktail Hour - You will have music in the cocktail room. If the cocktail hour is in a room other than the main room we will supply a separate sound system. Since we are doing a Sweet-16 we like to play up beat radio music during the cocktail hour. You can request any type of music you would like.
2. Main Room - We open the main room by playing upbeat dance music. Eventually we will ask all of your guests to find their respective seats and get ready for the Grand Entrance of the Sweet-16 girl and her family.
3. After the Grand Entrance we will proceed with a toast, the first dance with our Sweet-16 girl and her dad, or other special person in her life. We will then Get This Party Started or sit you down for the first course or Buffet. It depends on your catering hall.
*During all courses we play jazz music.
4. Now it's party time, playing all your special requests that you have asked for, and all your great dance, hip hop, and reggae music. We also will take you to all the eras from the 70's, 80's, 50's, 60's and Motown. We will bring your guests on an incredible journey.
5. The next traditional part of your event is the candle lighting ceremony. Which usually takes place about 2 hours before the end of the event. We will help our Sweet-16 girl run a smooth and perfect ceremony. After the ceremony it's party time once again.
This is a basic format of a Sweet-16 and this format can be changed as per your request.
